MEDICAL AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

1.1 This Medical & Wellbeing Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all access to and use of the digital platform, applications, audio content, AI-assisted experiences, and related services operated by PADMA Dimension Ltd (the “Company”).
1.2 This Disclaimer forms part of, and must be read together with, the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of inconsistency, this Disclaimer prevails in relation to medical, health, and wellbeing matters.
2. NO MEDICAL OR CLINICAL SERVICES
2.1 The Company does not provide:
(a) medical advice;
(b) clinical diagnosis;
(c) mental health treatment;
(d) psychotherapy or counselling;
(e) crisis intervention services; or
(f) any regulated healthcare services.
2.2 All content and experiences made available via the platform are provided solely for general wellbeing, mindfulness, educational, and self-reflection purposes.
2.3 Nothing provided by the Company is intended to, or shall be construed as, a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
3. NON-RELIANCE AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Users acknowledge and agree that they must not rely on the platform for medical decision-making, diagnosis, or treatment.
3.2 Users remain solely responsible for:

(c) discontinue use if dizziness, discomfort, or distress occurs.
6.2 Users with sensory sensitivities must proceed with caution.
7. CHILDREN AND MINORS
7.1 The platform is intended for users aged 8 years and above.
7.2 Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and appropriate supervision.

8. NO CLAIMS OR GUARANTEES

9.1 The platform is not intended to function as a medical device and is not registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
9.2 If the regulatory status of any product or service changes, this Disclaimer will be updated accordingly.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for:
(a) physical, psychological, or emotional outcomes arising from use;
(b) worsening of pre-existing conditions;
(c) reliance placed on platform content; or
(d) failure to seek professional medical care.
10.2 Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
